Vacation in an exclusive vacation home in Fort Myers
Our Villa Amalfi is located in the brand new gated community “Hampton Lakes” and offers 200 m2 of space for up to 4 people.
It is only minutes away from the famous beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. For a boozy night out, Fort Myers Downtown is a 20-minute UBER ride.
The two bedrooms are equipped with king beds and you have 2 bathrooms at your disposal. The large walk-in closets are well suited for a shopping tour through the Miromar Outlet Mall. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. The house also offers beach equipment such as umbrellas, beach chairs and even a canoe.
The kitchen is equipped from A to Z and the huge fridge always has fresh ice cubes ready. On the terrace you can enjoy your breakfast in peace or throw on the grill (electric) in the evening and enjoy typical Florida outdoor living all year round.
The two living rooms offer enough space, you can receive both US and German television on the two TVs. Of course, super-fast internet (200Mbps) should not be missing either. If you can’t stop working, a modern home office is available.
The villa is located near Interstate 75 and RSW Airport can be reached in 25 minutes. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls are also within minutes. A Publix supermarket is even right at the entrance to the complex.

Cancellation policy:
100% credit for cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival
50% credit for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival
No credit for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival
Extra Fees/Deposit:
Deposit: 500 euros
Final cleaning: 150 euros
Power Consumption:
The booking includes electricity consumption of 23kw/h per day or 3.5 euros/day. With normal consumption, this is enough to continuously cool the house to 24 degrees Celsius, to operate the water heater, and for all other consumers.
Excessive consumption, e.g. cooling the villa down to 18 degrees will be charged extra at 0.15 euros per Kw/h and deducted from the deposit on departure.
The deposit will be billed separately after successful booking, the final cleaning will be deducted from the deposit after checkout.
